My home city, Little Rock has a flag with stripes of green, white and blue. There is a seal in the centre, with a mountain, star and a date. The words, "City of Little Rock" are around the seal. The flag flies above the city government buildings, like the courthouse, city hall, and even Robinson Auditorium, one of our main concert venues. There are also flags flying above some of our finer hotels. The flag is abundant, so I will try to get more details from my city hall.
